Social Media Audit & Research for The Editor’s Market
This was an individual continuous assessment for my Digital Marketing module in year 2.
I was required to apply knowledge & understanding of research and social media audit skills to better understand the digital user in a brand’s environment. I also had to evaluate and make recommendations that will help improve the digital user experience.
We were given 3 brands to pick from: The Editor's Market, LiHO and Bakestarters. I went with The Editor's Market as I am very passionate about clothes and fashion, and I wanted this research and learning process to be even more fun for myself!
